The Dairy & Pantry Edit - T&C's

These Dairy & Pantry Edit Terms & Conditions apply in addition to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy available on the Farmers Friends website.

By subscribing to the Dairy & Pantry Edit, you agree to receive a collection each month and to pay the applicable recurring subscription fee until the subscription is cancelled by you or Farmers Friends.

MEMBERSHIP

• The Dairy & Pantry Edit is available to customers in South Africa.
• The Dairy & Pantry Edit is a recurring monthly subscription and will continue until cancelled by you or Farmers Friends.
• Each collection will include a selection of Farmers Friends dairy and pantry products.
• The contents of each collection may vary from month to month, depending on product availability.

PRICE & PAYMENT

• All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable.
• The subscription fee will be the price displayed on the Dairy & Pantry Edit subscription page at the time of sign-up.
• Farmers Friends reserves the right to adjust the subscription price from time to time. Where applicable, reasonable notice will be provided before a price change takes effect.
• Your subscription payment will be processed at the beginning of each delivery month.
• Your collection will only be prepared and dispatched once payment has been successfully processed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• As some products included in the Dairy & Pantry Edit are perishable, perishable products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If your collection arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or you have another concern with your order, please contact us at orders@farmersfriends.co.za or 081 345 3422 as soon as possible so that we can assist.
• Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.

DELIVERY

• Dairy & Pantry Edit deliveries take place monthly, during the applicable delivery period.
• Delivery will be made to the address provided when you subscribe.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address and contact details are kept up to date.
• Any changes to your delivery address must be communicated to Farmers Friends at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.
• Any applicable delivery fees will be communicated at the time of subscription.
• Farmers Friends cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Customers are responsible for reporting any lost or undelivered orders to Farmers Friends within 24 hours of the expected delivery. Failure to report a lost delivery within this timeframe may result in the order not being eligible for replacement.

CANCELLATION

• You may cancel your Dairy & Pantry Edit subscription at any time.
• Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to orders@farmersfriends.co.za.
• Cancellation will apply to future subscription payments and collections.
• Any collection that has already been paid for or dispatched will not be cancelled or refunded unless otherwise agreed by Farmers Friends.

OUR RIGHT TO UPDATE THESE TERMS

Farmers Friends may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, delivery arrangements, payment processes, legal requirements or other aspects of our business. Where appropriate, reasonable notice will be provided of significant changes.
